Seeded Semolina Sourdough


A blend of semolina flour and regular wheat flour combine to make this beautifully golden-colored loaf. A blend of toasted sesame, caraway, fennel, and poppy seeds add a wonderful aroma and flavour to this loaf.

    Organic all purpose flour, organic durum semolina flour, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, salt.

    Some really good extra virgin olive oil.

    It can be sliced, plastic wrapped and freezes well or will keep fresh for three to four days in a sealed container.
