It can be sliced, plastic wrapped and freezes well or will keep fresh for three to four days in a sealed container.

Normal Delivery Hours:
Delivery is every Thursday from 12PM-5PM.

Cut Off Time:
Orders placed before 9PM every Tuesday will be available for the Thursday delivery. Orders placed after 9PM will be sent the following Thursday.
