Available for pick up only on Thursdays* Rye and Shine. Tender with a slight chew, our tangy rye bread will have you bounding out of bed. We swirl roasted malted barley flour into the dough to create a gorgeous interior marble. (V)

    Organic all-purpose flour, organic rye flour, roasted malted barley, salt.

    Reinvent your bagel lox on this loaf.

    It can be sliced, plastic wrapped and freezes well or will keep fresh for three to four days in a sealed container.
