Khorasan Porridge Sourdough


Oatmeal, but make it sourdough. This loaf is all about texture, from the rich, sweet flavor of the Quebec-grown Khorasan oats to the exceptionally moist, custardy crumb created by the cooked grain inside. This Miette specialty is a cult favorite. (V)

    Organic all-purpose flour, organic Khorasan flour, organic Kamut flakes, salt.

    It can be sliced, plastic wrapped and freezes well or will keep fresh for three to four days in a sealed container.
