Layers of studded choice ingredients (think: toasted walnuts and shredded coconut) bring texture and crunch to this seasonal sourdough. Warmly spiced, cinnamon takes center stage while a whisper of nutmeg and cloves beautifully complement the earthy sweet carrots. (V)

Organic all-purpose flour, organic rye flour, organic whole wheat flour, carrots, shredded coconut, walnuts, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves.

It can be sliced, plastic wrapped and freezes well or will keep fresh for three to four days in a sealed container.
