Our latest loaf of the month is packed with pockets of maple pecan goodness. The added Ironworks Blonde Ale by 4 Origines Beer lends a lovely hydration to the crumb that makes eating it simply by itself our favourite. 

 

 

Organic all-purpose flour, organic spelt flour, organic whole wheat flour, Ironworks blonde ale, pecans, maple syrup, wheat germ, maple flakes, salt.

Best shared with a friendly knob of salted butter.

It can be sliced, plastic wrapped and freezes well or will keep fresh for three to four days in a sealed container.

Normal Delivery Hours:
Delivery is every Thursday from 12PM-5PM.

Cut Off Time:
Orders placed before 9PM every Tuesday will be available for the Thursday delivery. Orders placed after 9PM will be sent the following Thursday.
