One woman, a sourdough starter, and a used van. That’s where it all began. 1 year later, it’s time for Miette Boulangerie to open our doors and become the bakery we always set out to be. And we’re looking for some outstanding individuals to join our crew.
There’s a bread movement going on and we intend to be at the forefront of it. In 2019, Thea realized her vision of revolutionizing the way we consume bread. Inherently curious, she began asking herself why bread hag gained such a bad reputation. And with that spirit of wonder, Miette manifested.
Since our founding, we’ve been driven by a philosophy of conscious simplicity. At Miette, we remain dedicated to the refinement of less as more. That’s why we’re committed to honest, low-intervention craft baking. Source only local organic flours. And lead with sustainable practices.
